E-chx Payroll, an award winning, national payroll service, is growing and looking to expand our sales team.  We specialize in payroll processing, and ancillary products for small to mid-sized businesses in all industries.

E-chx sales managers are career driven self starters that are goal oriented, possess the ability to network and develop relationships, and have an unwavering desire to become key players on an award winning team.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer needs, propose to, and close new sales
• Proficiency in all product offerings of E-chx
• Maintain a working knowledge of all competitive offerings within designated territory
• Establish a networking base within designated territory
• Develop, maintain, and upsell current client base
• Create strategic partnerships for referral opportunities
• Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, and current client base

Requirements:

• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum 2 years of business to business sales with documentation
• Previous payroll sales experience a plus
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to travel periodically
