Payroll Specialist

E-chx Payroll, an award winning, national payroll service, is experiencing amazing growth and is looking for payroll and tax specialists with prior service bureau experience to join our team.

Responsibilities: 

• Maintain an assigned base of payroll clients., provide customer service support, resolve client issues and concerns in a timely manner
• Research tax related issues with various state and federal agencies
• Establish payroll schedules with current clients
• Obtain payroll data and produce accurate and timely client payrolls
• Maintain knowledge of the E-chx payroll processing system and ancillary product line
• Maintain a high rate of client retention by offering quality service

Requirements:

• Proven skills in data entry, customer service, and problem resolution
• Detail oriented
• Previous payroll and/or tax related experience preferred
• Excellent time management skills
• Working knowledge of payroll, wage and tax laws and regulations
• Customer service/call center experience a plus
• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
